Based on my description, he explained what he suspected the issue to be (turned out to be accurate), that they'd come to inspect it and would present a full quote for the repair before they'd start anything. Upon arrival, our technician, JR, was friendly, knowledgeable, respectful and thorough. He encouraged me to ask questions, explained what he was doing and the cause of our issue, explained out options with zero pressure. Ended up having him inspect our breaker box in addition to the repairs for piece of mind. We intentionally reached out to someone local, and were rewarded with great service; the added touch of Brian, as the owner, returning messages and keeping us informed on the arrival status was something we didnt expect.
