Peyton came all the way out to Florissant to have a look at our unit. Was very worried about us being without heat and having a little in the house which was very nice of him…he got here ahead of his originally scheduled time. We were only wanting to repair it but it was pretty old. With all the services they offer and the excellent price of a new unit compared to what was going to be cost of the replacement part it was a no brainer. They also will be able to do the complete install tomorrow. Shane, on the other end of the line quoting prices and services was very nice and real also. They all seem like a very honest and warm group of people. Locals that are going to show up and care. When you live this far out that is so important. Update. 1/29/26. Eduardo and Carlos came today to do the actual installation of the heater and they were as warm and wonderful as the rest of the company has been. The main part of the company texted an estimated arrival time and pictures of them ahead of time so we knew who to expect. I thought this was not only thoughtful but also such a great safety strategy it blew me away. They were efficient and thoughtful of our home but as life happens a piece did break and had to retrieve it from the Springs. Eduardo stayed to complete everything and when Carlos returned it was done in 20 minutes. I hate to think that since we live so far out that someone else’s install didn’t get done today but life happens and things break. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing service, repair, or replacement. Upstanding company so far with upstanding people in the field that care about your home and family. I would also like to add that with us being in Florissant most companies having to retrieve a part, would have said that it will be completed tomorrow instead of making the 3 hour round trip and completing the job today. Super down to earth guy that won’t BS you and will show you everything so there’s no questions about the work being done. I got a full hvac replacement and they came out next day and crushed out the work. They are truly around the clock. Showed up at 9Am and left when the work was done at 9Pm. The work done was great shoutout to the installers Riley and Cody for crushing it out. I also got my ducts cleaned and sealed Felix and Izaiah stayed late and crushed it out and were super nice. Then I also had some electrical work done. It was nice that there was no up charge over the weekend installation. The $99 service charge was waived with my purchase and military discount was applied. Nathan was very professional and easy to work with. He made the process of replacing our water heater as painless as possible. Financing is offered at reasonable rates and they also have an annual membership that covers plumbing, electrical, and HVAC for your home. It offers things like free tune-ups each season and no after-hours or weekend fees on service calls plus discounts on parts, labor, and service calls. I also like the 10 year warranty applied to new water heaters that Around the Clock installs. If you weren’t aware (like I was) water heaters don’t last as long as they used to and 10 years is about as good of a guarantee as I’ve found.
