I called on Tuesday was able to get an appointment for Wednesday. I was given a very rough estimate over the phone so I would know a ballpark figure. Sean showed up Wednesday morning on time, and very polite. He informed me of what was going to happen. My water heater was drained that the electrical element was looked at. It had caught on fire. I ended up needing a new water heater, which was under warranty. He installed it and did a wonderful job. I would highly recommend him and this company.
