I called Arctic Air in a bit of a panic to have some duct work replaced after having a new water heater installed. The receptionist, Shea, was kind, empathetic, and very responsive. The technician, Aaron, came out within a couple of hours, bid the job, went for parts, and completed the job all in the same day....at a very fair price!
