First with a new water heater, which required the old heater to be sawed in half to make it down the stairwell. They are resourceful, creative and have a can do attitude. My point person, June, helped initiate an emergency issue. Mark and Clarice came and serviced us with replacing a corroded pipe, installing a new expansion tank and backflow components. Could not have been nicer and very efficient. June followed up to ensure the work was completed as discussed. Plumbing is expensive but their prices seem reasonable compared to others in the city and their attention to detail, service and follow up makes it worth it.
