Ive met 3 on their team because of multiple issues, but never had to repeat a job. Everybody is respectful and thoughtful. Surprisingly, everybody cleans up. Plumbers always seem to leave a mess for me. I havent had to clean because they came in to unclog or fix something. Quick, and willing to fit me in the next day. - 5/5 — Anonymous I had a significant sewer gas problem in the older house I had purchased. I paid $2500 to two different outfits for assistance and did not get the issues resolved. Because I live 75 miles from Fargo, and had to reach out to that area for plumbers, it meant they had to travel a total of 150 miles. The second outfit I hired charge me $1,250 to travel to my house (I'm not kidding!) and another 300 for their time spent looking for the problem and not finding it, just a little issue. They arranged to come back and said it might take two days, and it would cost another $3,500 to $5,000 for their labor, IN ADDITION to $1250 for each trip. In other words, I could end up paying $3,750 before they even got to work!! I fired them and was was led to Propress through various calls to other companies for help. A journeyman and apprentice showed up the first day, they found the problem within 20 minutes. It wasn't even that hard, because I had already opened up the dropped ceiling to remove some damaged tiles and didn't want to close it up until I was sure any exposed plumbing was right. All they had to do was cut out a couple short lathe (the plaster was already gone) and shine their flashlight to see the problem, which no one else was competent to do. They came back with the master plumber and the three of them got to work, redid a good portion of the plumbing right through the exhaust pipe, and charged me $3,000 total INCLUDING travel. No more sewer gas smell. They didn't even have to take out any more of the ceiling, it was already exposed. Thank God for Chris and his crew, who just did competent work and charged a reasonable price for it. - 5/5 — Anonymous Chris was responsive and helpful - when our boiler pump failed and we were without heat, he and his team worked over their lunch break to respond quickly and fit us in between the work they already had scheduled for the day.
