  I found Appliance Parts Depot while searching for a dishwasher circ pump using my model number on Google. I was excited to find the part I needed locally to get our dishwasher back up and running! From the moment I stepped in the door I could tell APD was the real deal. There were several people getting parts and being helped by the folks behind the counter. However, Dean quickly greeted me got me taken care of. Absolutely top notch customer service, parts in stock, very professional and saved me time and money! I’m thankful I found Appliance Parts Depot! It is definitely my go to shop for appliance parts!

  As soon as I walked through the door with the waterline in my hand from my 21 year-old refrigerator, Bill behind the counter recognized what it was and then quickly and politely help me find exactly what I needed. Seems like a small biz staffed by experts who genuinely care about the people coming in- a breath of fresh air in the online shopping/big box world we live in nowadays.

  This is a great place to purchase appliance repair parts. I've used them for years, and were referred to me by my appliance repairman. The team at Appliance Parts Depot is knowledgeable and friendly.  If they don't have the part in stock they can quickly get it for you at a reasonable price.

  Great experience! Needed a heating element for our dryer-  after searching for part#, google searched for close by options.  APD came up & went to their site & entered the part number, they had it in stock.  Paid online & had notice that it was ready to pick up with a follow-up email.  Dean had it ready & even opened it up to verify items were complete!
