They are always there when we needed anything and treated us like part of their community. I left them once because I found a cheaper price and was met with a cold, impersonal company that didn’t offer the same service and ended up costing me more in the long run. I am now back with Apple Oil and will not switch again as long as we need oil / heating services here. This was not only unprofessional but dangerous, especially during a time when heating is critical. They failed to provide service, did not properly address issues with my heating system, and then terminated the contract without ensuring our heat was working. Leaving customers without heat during freezing conditions is completely unacceptable and shows a total lack of responsibility and care. This company cannot be trusted during emergencies or harsh winter conditions.
