He spent a lot of time correcting an issue with our Google nest thermostat that his company did not sell us, his company did not install, and it was not his responsibility. However, he corrected an issue that was causing our electric bill to almost triple. I’ve had Appel heating and cooling maintain my systems for years. They are locally owned, customer focused company. They listen to you, they answer the phone, they respond quickly, and they show up on time!
