A service tech came out to give me an estimate. The experience was fine, but when the service tech quoted me the estimate, I was shocked beyond belief! $1980.00 was the quoted price. Please understand this was a simple one to one and a half hour job. It was a simple removing of old faucets and installing the new faucets. I am literally being charged almost $2000.00 for at the most two hours of work? How is this place able to stay in business? Do people actually pay these type of prices? Scam, scam, scam! I politely asked the gentleman to leave and refused the estimate. I’m still trying to wrap my head around this whole experience, I am shocked to say the least. Nolan, Sergio, Kallista and Zac were absolutely amazing repairing a burst water line and replacing the mix of inferior crimp style pex and shark bite fittings that caused our water emergency. Nolan visited our home first to examine the burst pipe and provide an estimate. He arrived on time, assessed the situation quickly, and clearly explained the work that needed to be done. A few days later, Zac, Callista and Sergio performed the repair and replacement work. Everyone worked efficiently, all the while taking the time to explain what they were doing and what was going to happen next. They were understanding and patient every time we had a question. Kallista made time to also troubleshoot some problems across the street at my daughter’s house. We are thankful for their hard work, attention to detail and dedication.
