I called multiple different companies for service, and started to worry as everyone was booked until the next day late in the evening. I called Apex Heating and Cooling and spoke with Connie. She was very genuine, empathetic, and she went above and beyond to get us on their schedule. We were able to get a technician same day, after hours. Our technician JT was awesome. He got right to work, found the problem. The thermostat needed to be replaced. JT was very professional and empathetic to our situation, most of all he was very patient with my elderly hard of hearing father. He explained everything very thoroughly. Their parts warranty program is excellent. And he made sure to apply their senior discount to our service, as well as explain their veterans program they partner with called Operation Cold Snap.
