I took Cody downstairs and he began to work immediately. Cody began bringing in his tools. Cody is a young man and I was impressed by his knowledges and his professionalism.I’m sorry, I forgot the name of the other gentleman who came to assist him with the installation of the furnace.. Cody explain the new Carrier furnace and how to operate the new thermostat. I loved it because there was no surprises with this installation. What was quoted is what we paid. It was all up and up. We really appreciated the honesty. It was a great experience. They put tarps down on the hardwood floors. they put tarps down on the wooden floors upstairs they wore booties on their shoes, Anderson did a great job.They have wonderful employees from the receptionists, to their service people, to the people who come and give honest estimates. If you need a new furnace and/ or air-conditioning or service you Definitely should go through Anderson Heating and Cooing. Brian from HVAC came out and did a complete inspection on my furnace. He is so knowledgeable and informative. He checked every part on the furnace, did a great cleaning, and checked for any leaks or emissions that can be harmful to deadly. What a great technician. Feel 100 % safe after Brian finished his inspections. I would recommend Anderson immediately to anyone with major appliance issues. Fantastic guy.!!!!!
