He went above and beyond rewiring a ceiling light switch in our 1958 home with very tight attic space. He was so friendly, professional and very hard working. Jake is also great and has done other jobs for us in the past with great outcome. Our bathroom exhaust fan stopped working, and another company told us the entire fan needed to be replaced. But when they checked it, they found it was just a motor issue. They fixed it quickly and at a very reasonable cost. The technician, David, was very friendly and helpful. They also sent text updates to let us know when the technician would arrive, which was really convenient. Two rooms in my house randomly went without power and I called them because they where recommended by my neighbor on Nextdoor and the office tried to talk me through the process in case it was something simple like flipping the breaker before they set an appointment . The two rooms are my Roomates so I need the problem fixed fast they sent a technician and send the eta 30 minutes the tech arrived 30 minutes later right on time with the eta Logan and was super nice smart and answered all my questions It ended up being a bigger project than they thought but they still honored the price given over the phone. They fixed my problem for $200 even thought it took the technician 2 hours to fix the problem. I love that they didn’t try to overcharge just because it was a lot of work they gave me a price and didn’t try to change it on me. Super happy customer here simply wow most people would charge more if it ends up being a lot of work for them they are a company that you can trust.
