Their work is exemplary and they have great customer service with constant communication during the process. They pay close attention to every detail to ensure the work is exceptional! We had new water lines installed, broken pipe repaired, and new drain line to sewer line. It was completed in a timely manner and again exceptional work! On a personal note, i have 2 adult children with challenges that live at home with me. My son wants to be very involved and has many questions. They worked very clean and did minimal damage to our walls to get in and repair the leak. They also were very polite and explained everything that was going on as they did the fix. When Zeke gave us our quote he also gave us a quote for getting our whole house plumbing done and once we get to a point that we can do that. They replaced the main sewer line under the slab and did a kitchen and laundry drain reroute. They did an amazing job! They were very careful and methodical through the whole process! It was a lengthy repair and pretty invasive to say the least but there is no way around that. If you have cast iron sewer pipes, do not take shortcuts that other companies offer. DO NOT do CIP pipe lining! Just do old fashioned replacement. You will sleep better at night knowing you have brand new sewer pipes and not a bandaid. AMPED did a very pfofessional job and I am very happy with the work they did. They are honest and dependable.
