Recently we made the round fire pit larger to accomodate more seating. Jay Waslicki (design) and his workers were professional, efficient and pleasant during installation. The round fire pit was installed many years ago. The team was able to do a great job matching the discontinued original pavers and the design enhanced the original while providing us with the desired result. The design Bart, and his team, came up with fit not only our aesthetic and budget, but also made such smart use of the space. The sloping of our yard that I once disliked is now my favorite part.. now with a beautiful curved pathway going down to a gorgeous fire pit. From our first meeting with Gary we felt his friendliness, knowledge and professionalism, throughout everything from the proposals to the actual project being worked on. He's was always there for us getting back to us about any questions or concerns we had. Also, the crew that did our project - Jimmy, Joe, and Jesus were about the best workers you could have at your home. They do the job exactly how you would want it, and better than you could do it yourself. They are also friendly and professional and good at what they do. We understand Gary is retiring this year. We will be losing an excellent contractor and person and he will be missed! And... very hard to replace. If we need any type of yard work in the future we will definitely be contacting American. We carefully researched multiple landscape companies within the area before deciding to go with them. Within days of contacting them for general information about our project, Alex come out to our house to survey the area. He talked to us about what we were wanting, took some quick measurements and told us he’d be back to us soon with an update. We had a model and quote emailed to us that same day. Alex was open to our ideas and any initial changes that we wanted to make. After putting down a small deposit, we were scheduled on the calendar. The crew that worked on our retaining wall and patio were absolutely amazing. They made sure everything was level and laid out perfectly. Alex came out throughout the project to ensure that we were happy with the progress and answered any questions we had. We also made some major tweaks mid project that caused the project to triple in size to what we planned while the crew was working on our original plan. Alex turned around a plan and a quote to those major tweaks within a day and the crew was able to pivot to what we wanted without hesitation.
