At one point, due to circumstances beyond his control, he had to reschedule. He contacted me well in advance to explain the situation and then followed up twice to confirm the rescheduled date. He took particular care to make sure all parties were on the same page at all times. I really appreciated this. The actual work was less than was quoted and Steve made the adjustment without trying to inflate the hours or work performed.
