There were absolutely no high-pressure sales tactics. He explained everything clearly and left the quotes and terms with us so we could take our time and make an informed decision. It was refreshing to work with someone so professional, respectful, and customer-focused. I truly wish all sales technicians for home repairs were like this. He was not only the original diagnoser of the problem, but he also was the tech who did the compressor. I have had service from BGE Home now Constellation Home and Derrick blew away the techs from my previous provider. I cannot say enough good things about Amazing HVAC and Derrick. Amazing sent Tony C within hours, before the company could get their sales rep out here to give us a quote on a new system. Tony saved us tens of thousands of dollars because he was able to determine that our system’s heat exchanger is fine! He was fine with me hanging out and happily answered my questions. He was able to explain all of the steps he took to verify that my system is working and that there is no evidence of an issue with the heat exchanger. He even looked at the images from the other company and showed me how he could tell they were not from our system!
