We have worked with Amanda plumbing multiple times and have always had excellent service. Every technician we have had has been personable and knowledgeable. This last service we had an emergency situation. Tyler was there very quickly, diagnosed and fixed the issue and was extremely personable. They did work for us replacing an exterior drain from the house to the street. From start to finish it was done well. They are professional, have new tools and well trained staff. Pricing is clear and straight forward from the start. More recently had them come to fix a new bath install ( from another company) that immediately started leaking. John was great, kind to our little kids, wonderful to have in the house and did great work. Had I known they did bath installs before I never would have had Re Bath ( do not recommend) do the install in the first place. The drywall company they recommended was also 100/10 ( not a typo, I mean 100). we are so grateful for John and Duke for fixing everything so well. Every employee we have ever met from this place seems to love working there and is obviously treated with respect. A huge shout out to Amanda for running a great company both internally and on the customer facing side.
