Front of house was average, but Chase was the BEST service manager I've ever witnessed. Tony has customer centricity down pat. Chandler, JJ, and Mason all completed the work professionally and as quickly and safely as possible - took care of our things, ensured our gates were always secure so pets wouldn't escape, were friendly and easy to talk to, and definitely knew their stuff! 10/10. - 5/5 — Anonymous Used AllTech for the first time to have our tankless hot water heater flushed and I am extremely satisfied with the service. He showed up a 9pm and I felt bad for Sergio and told Shawm that I would have be willing to have him come out the next day, but he sent him out anyway. When Serigo arrived he said he didn't have that part and would have to order it. I get it. So, they finally got it fixed on Tuesday. This was a simple toilet fix. My biggest complaint is about Shawn, not the tech, Serigo who went out of his way to help us. He was Great! I had to iniate all contact expect for two calls. He would say he'd call me back on Friday night but he didn't. I called him to get answers. He was rude and snippy and by that time so was I. Unless you want the runaround I do NOT recommend the effort to work with them. BTW, Shawn is NOT the boss!! He is staff. - 5/5 — Anonymous Experience was great from start to finish. Called the Tuesday before Thanksgiving in a panic, of course right before the holiday had already been out of hot water for two days and need a hot water heater tank replacement. The young lady, I spoke with was able to get me an appointment for Wednesday morning and explained that if I would send her pictures of my current hot water heater, she would make sure they brought all needed in case I agreed on the estimate and they could install same day. A young man showed up on time, introduced himself as Chandler and was very quick to get started, very polite. Explained everything that needed to be replaced. Quoted me a price that we then we agreed on and he had it installed and complete within two hours. Met with me again went over everything that he had done made sure I understood all and was good with it. He explained warranty, took my payment and then asked me again if I had any questions or concerns he could address before he left. Good news was he had already covered all.
