They confirmed the order and took a deposit. And in just 2-3 weeks our door was ready, and they installed the next day. We have a lot of nice existing trim work and they installed from outside, leaving our trim untouched. It looks great, we have no drafts, and our home is secure. Our installer Rick did a great job! My main issue with the transaction was that I couldn't get their sales guy Brett to quit calling me before I made the purchase, then when I had an issue with my install it took 5 days for him to call back. Overall, it was a big turnoff to be told "I was busy with other customers" as the reason. Regarding install, we had issues with lack of touchup of chipped/scratched paint, all of our doors were left in a really dirty condition as well as some other minor issues. I will say they did address the issues, but it took several visits. Some basic attention to detail and cleaning up after yourself would have prevented the issues. *** The pics posted are of my doors after they were done installing.
