The technicians arrived within the time window provided. Both were polite and well groomed. Two visits were scheduled due to diagnosis and a subsequent parts order. The repair was explained and other potential problems were identified and discussed with estimates of the repair cost quickly provided. Four stars have been given due to multiple communication problems for which an apology was received. On the latest visit a written estimate was provided rather than a verbal report that occurred earlier. Overall, the service provided was very good. Second visit. Repair of the water softener was comleted quickly and it works. Third visit. One month after installation of a PRV, the system failed due to existing water lines.
