I had tried everything in my power and I was ready to replace! But!! I called in the professionals and within a day they were there trying to get that thing working again... we had to replace a lot because of age and maintenance and the office kept up with every update! My 20 year old water heater was starting to go out about 2 years ago. My house was built on top of the water heater and it was determined at the time that we may not be able to remove the old water heater and get a new one down the crawl space. Knowing there would be a hefty bill to install new lines and have a new water heater installed in our garage, we avoided it as long as we could. They went out of their way to figure out how to get a new water heater in the crawl space saving us so much money. They let me know that they would come in the afternoon and would give me a call when the previous job was done. They did exactly that. They originally said they weren't sure if they could repair the leak the same day but would do what they could. They showed up, identified the leak and fixed it in under 2 hours. They showed me a couple of other issues that will need fixed and let me know why they needed fixed and could cause problems. They were incredibly friendly and helpful! In under 2 hours they did what the plumbers a week prior couldn't manage in 2 separate visits and All Service did it with more professionalism and customer service skills.
