Decided to Google what could cost such an odor and a lot of people said it was electrical so I started to hunt down the outlet and found it smoking. I did what most people do and started to Google electricians near me, but no one would come out for 2-3 days, no good for this emergency. I called Charles and he was able to quickly guide me through the steps of what to do. He could have charged me an arm and a leg like most of the big companies but he took time out of his evening to help me do it myself. He told me exactly what to get and it did end up being a quick fix but i had peace of mind. He will be the only call i make in the future.
