No high pressure sales at all -- as a matter of fact he mentioned the old furnace was still ok. But -- I wanted to replace the furnace and AC unit at the same time. Installation day: Both Jim and Dustin came out to do the install -- they were both very firendly, courteous, and professional. And did a great job! Highly recommend!
