Job: Changing a kitchen disposal Issue: The original dishwasher drain hose kinks on the new disposal, when it didn't kink before. The technician did not notice or advise when reconnecting, causing flooded kitchen without apologies. To be fair, the hose didn't came with the new disposal. But my problem was omitting a proper quality check and advice, as any proper paid job should have done. Especially when the hose did need to be reconnected to the disposal. Suggestion to All handyman: It's ok to acknowledge and admit, nobody is perfect. Customer Service lady even denied there was a kink after technician installed, which was not a fact or fair. All handyman avoided to communicate after that.
