It is a very complex delta system with one leg that is 208 volts. If anything is hooked up incorrectly it will ruin whatever gets plugged into it. On top of that, there are a dozen sub panels and the building uses all of the 600 amp three phase coming to the building. What all this means is, it is complicated and needs to be done correctly. Tomas installed the entire system when I remodeled the building and everything works perfectly. He was also my electrician before this when the electrical system was junk and he kept it going despite tenants that needed more from the system than it could deliver. Tomas is a good guy to work with, friendly, kind and knowledgeable.
