They are professional and they got me the first available appointment. Andrei was so nice and polite. He installed the fan and showed me how to work the remote. Your knowledge and expertise at this stage of your career will have you being an EC in no time! - 5/5 — Anonymous Michael and Chris came today to do a ceiling fan repair (tall ceiling) and install a light switch in a guest bedroom ) only had a remote to control light and fan). We had previously had a different service come out, but they didn’t come with the right equipment to reach the fan and didn’t do the light switch because it was too complicated. Michael and Chris came prepared with a 16’ ladder for the fan. Long story short, after numerous tries to repair, the fan needed to be replaced. They left to do another job so I had time to get a new fan. They came back as promised and replaced the fan. It was tested several times before they left. The wiring for the guest room light switch needed to be installed. Michael knew what they needed to do right away and got it done. I did have an appt originally scheduled for last month and they had to call that morning to cancel as someone was sick. I understood, but I was unhappy as I was home that day. In the end, they did a great job for us. Happy to give them 5 stars and I would recommend them to anyone. I will definitely call them if I need any electrical work done.
