All staff were thorough and professional throughout the process, easy to work with through the usual upgrading and site issues, and demonstrated consisting training, knowledge and customer service. Less than 3-yrs later, following the annual maintenance each year, A-C promptly responded to a service request during cold weather that resulted in A-C replacing the heat pump fan motor/blade unit, the compressor, and the compressor temperature sensor. These parts had failed under warranty. This entailed multiple hours by multiple techs and a subsequent follow-up requiring a second timely site visit. Though the parts were covered under warranty, the very substantial labor expense to replace them is not. Nonetheless, after quoting the labor costs, A-C’s Repair Manager waived the entire labor and service charges to complete the repairs and to extend the labor warranty.
