It happened on a Friday night. Water went straight to the basement and soaked the carpet in several rooms. Also, broke some drop ceiling tiles in the basement’s ceiling. It must have been leaking for at least 24 hours. You can imagine how I felt. But I called my insurance company Saturday morning and they gave me All Cleans phone number. I called them and they showed up within an hour and got started cleaning up. The carpet wasn’t even a year old so I didn’t want to tear it out. They did a water extraction and then put out dehumidifiers and fans. Ran those for a couple days and had everything dried up. Then they steam cleaned the carpets and repaired the ceiling tiles. Even found water upstairs on kitchen floors that wasn’t noticeable till a few days later. They took up the tiles and began dehumidifying it as well. I’m in the process of getting some new flooring put down in the kitchen. These guys took care of everything. Super knowledgeable and very friendly. They took care of my insurance claim and explained it all to me. I gotta say they made this stressful situation much easier to handle. I would totally recommend these guys for any water damage needs. One was from the water heater that had a leak that sprayed water for quite a while under the house. The second event was an air conditioner issue that wasn’t draining and all the water backed up under my house. My insurance company suggested All Clean and I am thankful they did. All Clean contacted me almost immediately and had someone out with a couple of days to set up dehumidifiers and fans. They did an excellent job drying out all the space under my house. Had to take out part of the floor and walls. That was a nightmare and wasn’t done properly. After said and done, still had a water leak. All-Clean came in and fixed all the work that was done very bad and fixed everything. Fixed the leak repaired the floor, painted and new countertops.
