Ramiro was very professional, knowledgeable and quick to answer calls/questions. Jesus the tech did a great job for septic pump out. I highly recommend All City Septic for any of your septic service needs. *Update 1/30/26...Ramiro again was very helpful for a pump out, able to do same day and answering questions about septic issues. We had our drain field replaced by all city septic around may 18th. Today is July 3rd and we still have a large pile of dirt and garbage sitting in our backyard. Alan Alvarez has promised us for weeks that he would pick it up. Not only did they leave this junk pile they also broke almost every sprinkler in our yard, cracked our driveway in multiple places and left loads of dirt everywhere which killed our grass. They also knocked down our basketball hoop and didn’t pick it up. I would rate them a zero but it would not allow me to leave a review with no stars. I wanted to help keep the next person from making a mistake and using this incompetent company.
This is my response to “the owners” reply below- we paid our bill in full before you finished the job. You deposited our checks on march 26 and may 20 which was 50 percent each time. We were never disrespectful towards you at any time. You must have us mixed up with someone else who you have issues with. My one star still stands.

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

All City Septic is hands-down the best in the business! From start to finish, the experience was smooth, honest, and professional. I really appreciated their bottom-line pricing—no unnecessary upsells or scare tactics like you get with some of the competitors. What they quoted was what I paid.

Cortney and Sylvester were fantastic—punctual, efficient, and incredibly respectful of the property. They cleaned up so well you wouldn’t even know they were there! On top of that, they were both professional with a great sense of humor, which made the whole process surprisingly enjoyable.

Highly recommend All City Septic for anyone looking for quality service with integrity. A+ all around!

John’s plumbing you….Did great! Our first septic cleaning of this house so we had no idea where the cover was. The technician had to dig around a bit. I felt bad for him but he did not complain just dug for a while found it and drained it. All in all very good experience.
