I’m actually surprised at their procedures and how professional they are. They notify you when they’re heading out to your house. They take photos and show you what’s happening before and after they’ve serviced your equipment. Every tech I’ve ever interacted with has been super nice and super knowledgeable. They seem to always have what they need in the truck or someone to consult if they’re not sure and they give you options that fit with your budget. I’m always impressed with this company and their employees. I also get the impression that it’s a good place to work based on how all the employees talk about their boss or the company in general. Knowing that they have a city league volleyball team makes me feel good about supporting this company that seems to care about its clients and employees. - 5/5 — constance baltuck Matt and John came to my house to try and restore function to my plumbing system when I was in an emergency situation; they had already put in a full day's work, and must have been tired, but they worked hard, were polite and efficient, answered all my questions patiently, and were a pleasure to meet. They explained the problem, advised how to proceed, and helped me make a plan for when and how the work could be completed. Thanks for making time for me in this crazy busy week! - 5/5 — Howard Starbard Replaced 50 year old failing, inefficient boiler heater & hot water system with completely new, efficient, clean burning system. This service also included building code permits & compliance. All work was completed in two days. ## Portfolio https://contractorlink.pro/minio/contractor-images/contractors/9158/gallery-4fb85c2ec97f.webp https://contractorlink.pro/minio/contractor-images/contractors/9158/gallery-b9606d1bec45.webp https://contractorlink.pro/minio/contractor-images/contractors/9158/gallery-b269d33c330c.webp https://contractorlink.pro/minio/contractor-images/contractors/9158/gallery-a3c0624c2bda.webp https://contractorlink.pro/minio/contractor-images/contractors/9158/gallery-14eaeda76e22.webp https://contractorlink.pro/minio/contractor-images/contractors/9158/gallery-19812a1023f5.webp https://contractorlink.pro/minio/contractor-images/contractors/9158/gallery-f816ceb7d81e.webp ## FAQ **Q: What areas does All American Home Service cover for plumbing and heating services in Alaska?** A: All American Home Service primarily services Juneau and the surrounding areas in Alaska.
