I called a half dozen plumbers. all of whom never answered their phones, did not return phone messages or their mailboxes were full. Alexander Plumbing answered and sent out a plumber, Brandon Hicks. He diagnosed the problem and the next day arrived at 8.45AM to start. By the time he finished at 3.30PM, he had drilled through the slab in our bathroom, dug several feet down, located the break, replaced the broken pipe, filled in the hole with sand, and sealed everything with concrete. With the exception of the foot wide concrete patch, there was no evidence of anything amiss. Alexander Plumbing and Brandon Hicks are my go-to guys for any future plumbing work I may need.
