  10/10. It was 19 degrees and everyone else told me 2 weeks to get a new furnace in. They had me warm in 2 days. They also had a really honest conversation with me and genuinely encouraged me NOT to spend money that I didnt need to. I was not ready to tackle buying a furnace 4 weeks before Christmas, but they did right by me in all the ways.

  Jamie was an awesome repairman, super funny, kind, and easy to talk to. Fixed the furnace very quickly, knew exactly what he was doing and was able to give good advice and knowledge to help me in the future. Didn’t try to do anything unnecessary and did some extra cleaning of the furnace while he was here. Very happy with my experience thanks to him!

  I want to give a big shout out to Alaska Heating and Cooling and to Jamie that came out to help. He was so professional and pleasant to work with.   He saved the New Year Holiday for me and my Mother.   No one wants to work the holidays but he  came to our rescue.  Thank you so much from the bottom on my heart.
