Joel called me personally and refused the job. Dang was he rude about declining that job. I had previously been using AirAce for years and the employees/technicians have otherwise been really positive experiences. As I've talked to other HVAC places it seems mini-split heat pump repair is pretty technically challenging and hard to make money off. So, I can understand why Joel was just wanting to get rid of me.
