My phone call was answered quickly by a clear, loud-enough English speaking lady who was very pleasant, courteous, knowledgeable and professional. We talked a little bit about the condition of our system, and agreed that an on-site visit was appropriate. She explained that the technician was on another call and would be alerted to come to our residence when he is finished with his current job. Within 30 minutes, I received a call from the tech who said that he was on his way. Jeff arrived shortly and was very polite and courteous. Jeff was very knowledgeable, as he was installing HVAC for 15 years. He checked the outside unit and then came in to check the inside air handler. Our unit is 18 years old and Jeff advised us that our unit needed replacement. It was a shock, but my wife and I were not surprised We gave Jeff the 'go ahead' to start the process to obtain a replacement unit. Jeff reviewed with us and his office the details of what is needed for our house. He took precise measurements and photos. Everything was very orderly and precise. Jeff answered all of our questions and said that we would hear from the office as soon as they complete the order.
