That said, my experience has been excellent from start to finish. I worked with Luis throughout the entire process, and getting to know him was truly a highlight. He was helpful, direct, punctual, and stayed in consistent communication every step of the way. He addressed all of my concerns honestly, answered my questions thoroughly, and always showed up when he said he would. His professionalism and transparency made the decision process much easier. I received six other estimates from competitors, but ultimately chose Air Rey because of my experience with Luis, the fair pricing, and the financing and warranty options they offered. I had a 4-ton variable speed unit installed along with brand-new ductwork, a furnace, and new registers.
