The estimator, Brad came out gave me three options for replacement; good, better, best. Loved that he gave me options to choose from. Choose best. We inked the contract and scheduled a date for install. Installers John Allmound and Jonathan Souls showed up early AM ( 8:30 ) . Professionals to the hilt, they went to work; uninstalled the old unit and installed the new unit. They worked quietly, quickly, cleaned up afterwards, and answered my dumb questions about the unit. Had the system running by 2 PM and cooling the house. Can't ask for anything better! Was impressed.
