I've only used their services a few times but they get it right everytime they come to work on my AC unit. This last visit I had with them a few weeks ago, the owner Orelvis Gonzalez, came to patch a huge hole I had next to the AC that was causing so much dust to enter into the pipes and the AC (a job that should've been done with the initial installer but I had no idea about). He and another repairman did the job effortlessly and I have then experienced such a difference with our AC and in our home.
