Dwayne, the technician, had to come back several times and try different things. Dennis, Dillion, and Jason from the office were all extremely friendly and helpful, especially considering that I was calling them very frequently and it probably got annoying, that didn't stop them from always being gracious and making sure they make it right. Dwayne is actually coming back tomorrow to hopefully make the final repairs to finish this up, but I can't say enough positive things about this honest company. It's rare to find one nowadays. I would tell all future customers to just be patient. They're not a huge company, so they do their best to get to everyone in due time, but they will get to you and they will make sure your problem is solved. The best way I know how to show them my appreciation is to give them 5 stars. They deserve 10. We had a tricky issue with our AC that wasn’t a typical issue. After several attempts by others, James came out and took the time to listen to what was going on. He had me explain it again once we were in front of the condenser, and within a couple of minutes he had it figured out. James is great and what he does….taking the time to go through the situation. They are great at explaining the issues, what services have been performed, and how to prevent any issues. The guys are always courteous, and forthright. They always come out in a timely manner. They did a fantastic job, were affordable, and very professional. They also came out right away after we bought our new house. They were super easy to work with.
