They came highly recommended by a neighbor of mine who had 3-4 different other companies out who all spent like 15 minutes "diagnosing" before telling him it was toast and he needed to replace his whole system. Then somebody from Air Care New Mexico came out, spent an hour diagnosing, and fixed it for $250. I had a similar experience. They came out, spent plenty of time diagnosing and genuinely figuring out how the whole thing worked. Then they did some maintenance, we have a plan for long-term, and they've got a smart solution in mind for how to fix the whole system more permanently once we figure out if it has a refrigerant leak. Honestly amazing work, and they seemed SUPER honest. We are now faced with fixing this very expensive issue. We are very grateful for Moises' expertise in identifying this issue. He had already taken into our home all of his equipment and spent about an hour with us and did not charge us anything. He was sorry that we have this problem and was very caring and sympathetic.
