They did a mid-December emergency installation of a new HVAC system and attached it to the existing ductwork. They were very professional, on time, efficient and neat. Calvin was great. The whole team put in a long day and made sure everything was working perfectly before they left. Air Solutions was great and a pleasure to work with. They are my HVAC company now and forever. They have always been quick to respond and provided excellent service. Last September a problem with our cooling system (ac/heat pump) resulted in a fairly costly repair. Our service person told us that our system was well past its life expectancy, and should be replaced. We received an estimate for replacing the entire system. After recovering from sticker shock we decided to put it off until spring and gather other bids. This January our system died. Reviewing our bids and reading company reviews we opted to stick with air solutions, even though they weren’t the lowest price. We are happy that we did. The installation occurred just days after a large snowstorm and at the outset of a bone chilling cold snap. Mentally I did not see how they were going to be able to install. Their team of 4 arrived at 8 AM and completed by 4pm with the new system successfully installed and operating. The installers were pleasant and upbeat even in the harsh conditions. Half of the team dug away the snow and removed the old unit and pad. At the same time the other half removed the air handler from our third floor storage area. They were careful with the interior of our house laying down drop cloths along the entire path to the third floor. Following the installation they vacuumed after they removed the drop cloths. The icing on the cake was 18 months interest free financing. While no one likes spending a chunk of money on home repairs, their professionalism, politeness, and quality of work soften the blow. They have a professional back office working on scheduling, paperwork and parts sourcing and are highly communicative around appointment timing etc. - a breath of fresh air from dealing with uncommunicative contractors I had to chase via text. HVAC work isn't cheap; I found their installation quotes to be about right compared to others and their maintenance is a touch more expensive than our previous guy. BUT I've always walked away from an appointment glad I called them and their techs always leave everything extremely well engineered, neat and tidy.
