If you're asking for more than that, you should probably just do the work yourself. My second pet peeve is poor workmanship. The job I had him doing probably wasn't a big deal to him, but it was a big deal to me and it was done beyond my expectations and for less money than I was expecting to spend. There were two possibilities, both of which he let me know about upfront. I'm always expecting to pay the higher price in these situations and in this case it was the lower.
