We were able to have someone out to the house within 2 hours of calling and the work was done quickly and our issue was resolved. Ivan and Jeremiah were extremely professional from the moment they arrived — prompt, attentive, and clear in their communication. Ivan took the time to thoroughly explain the plan, including the different service options and price points (using a drain snake vs. the aqua line, which is much more expensive). The clog turned out to be much worse than expected, and both Ivan and Jeremiah worked tirelessly for 3–4 hours, checking in with updates throughout the entire process. Their transparency was incredibly reassuring. Midway through, they let me know we might have to switch to the more expensive aqua line since the snake wasn’t cutting it. Not ideal, but I needed the job done. After they finally got the drain cleared, Ivan told me they didn’t end up needing to use the aqua line after all and that I would only be charged the lower rate. I was honestly shocked — in the best way. They could have easily claimed otherwise and charged me more, but they didn’t. That level of honesty is rare these days, and it made a huge impression on me. Ivan and Jeremiah are phenomenal employees, and the company is lucky to have them. They absolutely deserve substantial raises.
