Recently a gas leak developed. I've tried to call; I've tried to email; I even left a message on Facebook. I get no response. The emails bounce, and voice mailbox is full. I'm writing a bad review in hopes that someone will contact me. If I can just get a response I will gladly fix this review. I wonder if they were hit by a deportation crises. On a recommendation from a builder (and parent at our school), I called Advantage Air. Leroy and Nicole were great to work with. Nicole had set us up with an appointment for the following Monday morning. Not the best news, but it's late April and not quite HOT, so we'd survive. A few minutes later, she called me back and said she called her techs...Mike could come out Friday afternoon. Perfect! He was very professional and thorough. He checked our second unit and they were both low on freon, so he topped them off. Nicole was always easy to get ahold of, was an excellent communicator, followed up on scheduling and other details related to the repair, and was very organized. I found David the service rep to be very polite, honest, and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem and was able to replace the broken part and got the unit up and running again. We contacted another company initially to come out to diagnose a recurring issue with our furnace, and they were unable to do so. I was referred to Advantage by a friend who had a great experience with them, so I reached out. Jake was able to diagnose the problem in just a few minutes and explain it on my level. My wife and I decided that it was time to replace our heating and air units completely due to their advanced age and some of the deficiencies of our existing systems. Scheduling was easy, as Jake, Nicole, and others were just a call or text away all the time. Once the new equipment came in, Advantage was finished with the installation in less than two days. They fixed all of our airflow issues, so now the temperature in the house is the exact temperature on the thermostat. No more hot and cold rooms. They all went above and beyond before, during, and after the installation, leaving my home cleaner than it was before they started. We couldn't be happier with the service and professionalism of every single person we dealt with. We will definitely be using them for service and maintenance in the future. We appreciate you guys.
