Great experience with Advanced DRI. We had a flood in our upstairs bathroom that damaged our downstairs ceiling. The were actually able to provide us with full service for coverage lower than the insurance adjuster supplied us with no corners cut. They fully painted everything AND found matching paint which we typically find impossible. Great experience from the project manager, to the on-site staff, to billing. We honestly wouldn't go with anyone else going forward. We're very happy with the results.

What an amazing crew that this company has. Each person came into my house with such respect integrity and great customer service. They were very supportive and very detail oriented. I felt like they did a great job and made me comfortable in my crazy situation at the moments when I was at my worst. Thank you for being such a great company. I would recommend them five times over.

I have worked with Advanced DRI on multiple occasions, including urgent sprinkler leak incidents. Their responsiveness has been exceptional, even during holidays and severe weather conditions.

Each time, Angelo and his team arrived promptly, assessed the situation efficiently, and took immediate action to mitigate damage. They are professional, reliable, and clearly experienced in handling emergency restoration needs. Their ability to mobilize quickly under challenging circumstances has been invaluable in protecting the property and minimizing disruption.

I would confidently recommend their services to any property owner or manager in need of a dependable emergency restoration partner.

Great customer service experience- both Chris and Rob are top notch. Rob came right over when we had an issue and laid out a plan to resolve it. He took time to explain things and review the work. We enjoyed him so much we wanted him to stay for dinner! Thank you ADRI for getting our house back together.
