Had issues with my heat pump system during and extended COLD spell. Called thm9for an appointment. Office staff was friendly and efficient. Guys had an opening and were to my home in 30 minutes. They listened to my concerns and went about checking the interior unit. They found 2 parts that were worn out no allowing the unit to run properly. They quoted a reasonable price for the parts which they had on hand and fixed them. They then checked the outer unit and said everything was in good shape. They did recommend replacement of the entire unit which is in the plans for the near future. The unit is running better than it has in years now. He got down to business right away, listened to what my husband had previously tried, what 2 other companies had told us, and what parts had already been replaced. We thought this was just our last attempt for hope before dishing out the $15,000 we were quoted, by both previous companies, to replace the furnace. Matt started by bleeding the line, which neither other company did. Yep, that was the problem, and we had heat flowing in the house 5 minutes later. Such an easy, and reasonably priced, fix. We are so thankful that Matt took the time to listen and help his customers. We’ve had 2 other big name companies do work for us and had a lot of issues with them (stay away from them). The quality of work was exceptional, the techs were friendly and went into detail with us from the beginning to the end, also the price was cheaper then other bids. I used them to install a new heat pump for my commercial building in 2022 and it's been working perfectly from day one. The mechanic who installed the system was very experienced and it showed in his attention to detail. Also, the owner presented me with 3 different system options and was very clear on the pros and cons of each. When the engineer arrived he informed us that he didn't service the make and model of our A/C unit. Still had to pay call out charge!
