I had obtained a quote from another company but i wanted to search my options. A google search brought me to George and his business. I sent in a request via the website and within an hour (it was a Saturday afternoon) I received a call from George. We went back forth for about two weeks exploring options that would work best for my house and my budget. The entire time he listened to my needs and was upfront and honest about my options. We finally came to a conclusion that I was extremely happy with. When it came time to install day, he was on time and upfront about what their plans for the day were. They had 4 split units installed with the outside unit installed within four days. They remained friendly and cleaned up after themselves. The units have been working flawlessly and my electric bill is as it’s have been if not a little better. I most recently had a chimney issue in which George was extremely helpful with and fixed the problem. I would highly recommend him for your heating and cooling needs. George came up with three different options to choose from and helped us to choose which would be best for our needs. Very fairly priced, unlike the big guy who had a qoute of almost three times as much, and didn't seem to much care. I had to keep messaging this company to inquire about our part, then again to schedule an appointment. I was told he was booked for the next 4-5 weeks. He may have to do the weekend because of y cold temps. I told him to just let us know. Never a response. I don't believe he intended to do anything and most likely never ordered the part. Don't know why we were left on like that. I messaged the company told him we were no longer in need of their services.
