We first found them about 10 years ago after being billed by another company who got caught doing unnecessary work by our insurance adjuster. We've been with them ever since. They installed our new AC unit when it was time to replace it and performs all regular maintenence. Their communication is outstanding. Their pricing is very satisfactory and the quality of service is the best I've experience. Every technician over the years has been incredibly professional and responsive. Recently we needed some significant work. Technician Fernando did not disappoint. He was fast and thorough, completely explained the job both before and after, and took the time to go over detailed photos of the job as it progressed. If Fernando is your technician, consider yourself even luckier than you already are when hiring Adirondack.
