We sought proposals to upgrade our outlets and install a dedicated circuit and outlet to charge an electric vehicle. Adary was the only company we called who did a thorough and convenient FaceTime assessment. Other companies had me send photos and videos with a lot of back and forth emails. We appreciated Adary’s recommendation to get a permit and they offered compelling reasons to do that. The other companies did not include permits in their proposals. Adary’s proposal was the most thorough and Shai, our point of contact throughout, was always very responsive, friendly, thorough, and helpful. On the day of the installation, Victor was the electrician. He was friendly, thorough, and meticulous. He discussed with me different locations for the charger outlet and explained how things would appear before proceeding. The work was very cleanly done with no patching up or painting needed. Victor went above and beyond. He pointed out that some of the circuits were incorrectly labeled. So, he relabeled them. He examined an old fuse box, confirmed it was live, and figured out the circuit it powered. They were very good on communication and gave us a quick estimate turnaround so that we could get started right away. We were referred to them by friends and we will highly recommend them to anyone of friends as well. They did a very professional job and we feel they were very knowledgeable and friendly. The owner Nadav was especially accommodating and definitely a huge plus they were able to get the job done within a week. We are so glad we went with them as we did look for quotes from others but felt Nadav was more honest and since he was local it was another plus. When I first reached out, they quickly scheduled an estimate "visit" via Zoom meeting which was really efficient. I thought their price was fair, and their estimate process was much more thorough than the other two electricians I contacted. One provided a low-ball estimate that clearly didn't understand the scope of work or include permitting. The other said I needed to replace my entire panel and wanted nearly $10k. They got the permitting process done quickly, and were able to schedule our installation the very next week after the permit was approved. The workers were on-time, very professional and friendly. The quality of installation was excellent. They accommodated my schedule for the city inspection, and Nadav came out to meet the inspector and walk her through everything.
