Manny came out within 30-mins this past Sunday night for an urgent request. Two toilets were backing up into the shower and bathtub! Manny and his uncle got the toilets cleared quickly using existing clean-outs from outside. Then he came back early the next day to clear the bathtub Jtrap from inside. Manny also offered at a very reasonable price to enter the crawl space to inspect & take photos of the pipes for leaks & potential future issues. On his way out, they helped tightened my water heater straps that were loose and discussed water heater maintenance and potential future issues. Manny promptly emailed me an invoice with pictures from the crawl space.
